    Delegate Carmichael moves to amend the bill in section five-b of article sixteen of chapter five on page seven following line five by striking section five-b in its entirety

AND

in section seven of article sixteen-d of chapter five on page eight at line nine by striking subsection (b) in its entirety

AND

in section ninety-six of article twenty-one of chapter eleven on page ten at line twenty-six following the word “of” by striking “35” and inserting in lieu thereof “30”

AND

in section ninety-six of article twenty-one of chapter eleven on page ten at line thirty-one following the word “fund” by striking the words “and to provide funding for the Post-July 1, 2010, Employee Trust Fund created by section five-b, article sixteen, chapter five of this code” 

AND

in section ninety-six of article twenty-one of chapter eleven on page ten at line thirty-four by striking “35” and inserting in lieu thereof “30”

AND

in section ninety-six of article twenty-one of chapter eleven on page eleven at line forty-nine by striking the entirety of subdivision (2).
